Anxiety can start to affect everything.
You don't have to face these challenges alone.
Anxiety is not always loud.
Sometimes it looks like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, panic, difficulty relaxing, avoidance, relationship struggles, or constantly feeling on edge.
You may understand logically that things are okay, yet still feel stuck in reactions that feel difficult to control or move through.
Anxiety can feel exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming.
But things really can begin to feel different.
You may notice yourself:
- overthinking conversations or situations long afterward
- constantly preparing for worst case scenarios
- feeling emotionally overwhelmed or easily triggered
- struggling to relax even when things seem okay
- avoiding situations that bring up anxiety, fear, or panic
- feeling stuck in the same anxious reactions despite trying hard to change them
- feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or daily life
- feeling exhausted from always being “on” or emotionally alert
Sometimes insight alone is not enough.
Many people living with anxiety already understand a lot about themselves, yet still feel stuck in the same fears, reactions, or emotional patterns.
Along with relational therapy, I also integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support deeper emotional processing and lasting change.
EMDR can help reduce the intensity of emotional reactions, fears, panic responses, and experiences that continue to feel emotionally charged or difficult to move through.
