During the 3 phase, 12-month, course you will learn how to:

LYG is a one-year implementation mentorship.
Three Phases:
1) Package – where you will outline client journey and package up your 1st result that you will deliver to your clients
2) Profit – where you will learn how to ethically and honourably have sales conversations that turn your interested potential clients into invested paying clients
3) Platform – where you will expand your reach and begin to market, sell and deliver your services in Community
Instructional Objectives
Leverage Your Genius Training Course is a 12-month training program designed to teach business owners how to strategically implement a unique selling proposition, or signature, in all their marketing as well as creating and delivering an additional source of revenue. They will learn how to increase their level of expertise and status, leverage their services so they can serve a larger audience, and become laser-focused and strategically targeted in their marketing.
Measurable Learning Outcomes
- Establish their most marketable entry point of service based on their Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
- Learn the foundational components to build, create and implement an effective business and marketing plan that supports their growth strategy based on their USP
- Create and implement a Growth Strategy roadmap
- Implement a signature message in marketing
- Implement a signature system for service delivery
- Define, test, create, package, and deliver at least one additional stream of revenue
- Understanding of where to focus time and energy to facilitate business growth and clear messaging within their target market.
- Strategize, define, create, test, and deliver a signature marketing talk to market the additional streams of revenue
Course Components
This is 12 months in duration, broken down into 4 month focuses (Quadrimesters).
Quadrimester 1:
- Implement Business Marketing Foundation
- Establish Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
- Build an effective business and marketing plan that supports the growth strategy based on the USP
- Implement the business and marketing plan that supports the growth strategy based on the USP
Quadrimester 2:
- Strategic Revenue Generations
- Design an overview of at least one strategic additional revenue source based on the USP.
- Test the viability of a minimum of one USP additional revenue source
- Create at least one strategic USP additional revenue source.
- Deliver at least one strategic additional revenue source based on the USP.
Quadrimester 3:
- Target Marketing
- Design, create, and test target marketing
- Create a strategic marketing sales talk
- Increase market exposure and attract clients to their USP services to establish the company as an expert in their niche
Delivery Methods
This is a combination of live group, individual, and virtual customized training.
Assessment Methods
Homework will be provided for each module. The student will be held accountable for completing the homework. Homework assignments will be reviewed at each session. Feedback and suggestions for improvement will be provided. A certificate of completion will be presented upon successful completion of the course.

The Practice Building 101 Business Training Course is designed to teach business owners how to develop a solid business foundation. Participants will learn the foundational components to build, create and implement an effective business and marketing plan.

- How to effectively develop a company’s goals: values, mission, and vision
- Learn the framework of a step-by-step business and marketing plan, and how to implement a roadmap to reach business goals
- How to identify and craft an effective niche market

The Scale and Grow Your Practice – Business Training Course is an advanced level course for those that have already taken, or are currently enrolled in Practice Building 101 (PB101) and/or can demonstrate that they have met the learning objectives of PB101. The Scale and Grow Your Practice – Business Training Course can be taken concurrently with Practice Building 101.
Instructional Objectives
The Scale and Grow Your Practice – Business Training Course is designed to teach business owners how to scale and grow their practice by creating an effective growth strategy, revising their business model to support expansion, and creating additional streams of revenue. Students will learn the foundational components to build, create and implement an effective business and marketing plan that supports their growth strategy.

- How to effectively develop an effective growth strategy
- Understanding the importance of leveraging business
- Learn the framework for a leveraged business and marketing plan that supports growth

Kerry Vega is a Business Development Trainer, Success Coach and Counsellor at Kerry Vega Group. Kerry has been providing business, marketing, leadership, and communications trainings to business owners and companies since 2008.

We specialize in teaching individualized business and marketing plan structures that are authentic and in alignment with the vision of the business owner’s practice.
Prior to founding her own Training, Counselling and Coaching Company, Kerry worked as a trainer and counsellor within large government organizations for over a decade. Kerry is passionate about teaching her course participants how to build a strong foundation and create business and growth systems. She places emphasis on how to include additional revenue streams in the business model to avoid being trapped in the time for money bind that so many service based professions find themselves.
